Board Of Directors
Brian Beazer has served as a Director of the Company since June 2002. He is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Beazer Homes’ Board of Directors and has served as a Director of Beazer since its inception in November 1993. He formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of Beazer PLC, from 1968 to 1991, and Chairman of that company from 1983 to the date of its acquisition by an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Hanson PLC (effective December 1, 1991).
He is also a director of Beazer Japan, Ltd., Seal Mint, Ltd., Jade Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd., FSM Europe B.V., Electronic Convergence Technology Ltd., United Pacific Industries Limited and U.S. Industries, Inc.
George Benson has served as a Director of the Company since June 1995. From September 1992 until July 1999, Mr. Benson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wisconsin Wireless Communications Corporation and Airadigm Communications Inc.
E. James Constantine has served as a Director of the Company since October 2008. Mr. Constantine is CEO of HPE America, LLC, (a Piero Ferrari holding) that is a NASCAR engine development and drive train engineering consultancy business based in Southern California and Modena, Italy. Previously, he headed a private holding company, MY Ventures, LLC, and has been affiliated with several international businesses that include GPS and location-based services and technology.
Nicholas A. Davidge has served as a Director of the Company since August, 2004. Mr. Davidge brings over twenty years of business ownership and senior management experience in the high technology industry to Numerex. He and his partners were responsible for the formation and growth of Davidge Data Systems whose customers included ‘bulge bracket’ investment banking firms and a major electronic trading firm. Davidge Data Systems also developed revolutionary trading and middleware platforms for major international commercial banks and financial institutions. These products were the impetus behind the eventual acquisition of Mr. Davidge’s business by S1Corporation.
Matthew Flanigan has served as a Director of the Company since July 1994. Since April 1994, Mr. Flanigan has been the President of the Telecommunication Industry Trade Association, a trade association for telecommunication companies.
Stratton J. Nicolaides has served as Chairman of the Board since December 1999, and Chief Executive Officer since April 2000. Nicolaides has extensive entrepreneurial and operating experience in data communications and security and is a co-founder of Numerex. In addition, he has been involved in several M&A and capital markets transactions. From July 1994 until April 1999, he managed a closely held investment partnership.
John G. Raos has served as a Director of the Company since February 2000. From June 1995 until January 2000, Mr. Raos served as President and Chief Operating Officer of US Industries, Inc. From February 1999 until January 2000, Mr. Raos also was Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Industries, Inc., a U.S. Industries subsidiary. Prior to June 1995, Mr. Raos served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hanson Industries, Inc.
Andrew Ryan has served as a Director of the Company since May 1996. He has practiced law with the law firm of Salisbury & Ryan from August 1994 to present and serves as the Board designee of Gwynedd Resources, Ltd. (“Gwynedd”).
