Numerex provides training based on your needs. The field support team fills a vital role in our private label ventures nationwide, supporting distributors and customers from concept through deployment and beyond. Training services is comprised of three components:

On-Site Installation Training

Installation Training is a three-hour class, taught by experts in their respective field, covers private-label products and how they operate on the network. The class emphasizes hardware compatibility, as well as full product specifications, including all features and their impact on other components.

On-site Application and Web Support Training

The application and Web Support Training class consists of a tutorial on functions that simplify account setup and end user accessibility. This training takes place before and during the product launch, and allows partners and users full control of the infrastructure. The training session emphasizes hardware troubleshooting using backend data for diagnosis, as well as all functions of account and end-user setup.
