Uplink, a well established name in the industry, is Numerex’s integrated offering (exemplifying Numerex DNA™ at work) for the Numerex security partners who are providing alarm monitoring solutions to their own customers.
Uplink products receive wireless signals from alarm panels, and report all alarm and event messages to virtually any central monitoring station. They use a secure cellular network connection to transmit information and insure appropriate action is taken. We make installing and activating a wireless alarm communicator easy. Our security offerings facilitate web-based service activations and account management. We also feature on-call, live dealer assistance, and extended hours technical support to promote quick and easy set up and installation.
Our private-labeled offerings give distributors, OEM’s, dealers, and VAR’s the flexibility and agility they need to serve effectively their own customers.
In addition to our technology and customer care, benefits from using Numerex’s wireless network and advanced services include:
- Carrier grade connection to the wireless network, which provides real-time transfer of signals to the network.
- High speed communication network, which delivers signals to the Network Operations Center (NOC) via high uptime servers with redundant backup power and communication.
- Servers that immediately match the signal to your customer information and send the signal to the customer’s central station via the Internet or dial-up to the selected alarm receiver.
- Signal formats that are acceptable to most any central station receiver, giving the flexibility to choose any alarm monitoring company.
